We’ve got our setup at E-202 over in Goregaon West, specifically in the 3rd Stage area. If you’ve ever been around Goregaon, you know how it can get with the traffic and the sheer number of people. Innovative Ideals & Services is the name on our paperwork, but to us, it’s just the place where we work every day. We handle a variety of things, mostly focused on services that people in the area need. The office itself is pretty basic. We’ve got some chairs that have seen better days and a kitchen corner that’s mostly just for making coffee. It’s not some high-end corporate suite. We’re just regular people trying to keep the business running smoothly. Sometimes we stay late when there’s a lot of work, and other times we’re out the door as soon as the clock hits five. We don’t really do the whole corporate culture thing. We just talk to each other like normal people and get the jobs finished. Being in the 3rd Stage of Goregaon West is convenient for us, even if the building is a bit older than some of the new ones popping up. We’ve got a good rhythm going here. We don't make big promises or use fancy words to describe what we do. We just do the work and hope it’s enough for the folks who hire us. It keeps us busy and the lights on, which is all we really want.
