Innovation Placement Services

We are up on the 5th floor of the Sai Baba CHS, room 506. Innovation Placement Services has been based here on Old Nagardas Road for quite a bit. It’s near the JK Regency Hotel in Andheri, so it’s easy to tell people where to go when they come for interviews. Mumbai is always loud, and being in Andheri means there is always something going on outside. Our office isn't particularly large. It's filled with desks, computers, and a lot of paper folders that we really should organize better. We spend most of the day looking at CVs and talking on the phone. It gets pretty tiring, especially when the internet goes slow or the tea runs out. We aren't a huge agency with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just lets people in. We try to help folks find work around Maharashtra and the rest of India too. It’s a lot of matching names to jobs and hoping things work out for everyone involved. Sometimes people just drop by without an appointment, which can be a bit chaotic, but we manage. The building is an older one, so it has that specific smell of old paper and dust. We've got a view of the street from the window, which is good for people-watching when we take a break. It's just regular office work, keeping track of who is hiring and who needs a start.
