Innovacious Digital Private Limited

Innovacious Digital is right in the middle of the action in Kalina, Mumbai. We’re on the second floor of Kagalwala House at 175. Kalina is one of those places that’s always moving, and being near the airport area means there’s a constant hum. Our office is a bit of a tight squeeze, like most places in Mumbai, but we make it work. We have people sitting pretty close together, which actually helps when we need to brainstorm something quickly. There’s no big corporate vibe here. We don't have a mahogany boardroom or anything like that. We just have a bunch of screens and some very tired office chairs. The second floor gets a bit of the street noise, but you get used to it after a week. We’re focused on the digital side of things, so we spend a lot of time looking at data and websites. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes we go downstairs to the local sandwich guy or just eat at our desks. It’s a fast-paced environment because that’s just how Mumbai is. We don't make big promises or use fancy words. We just show up at Kagalwala House every day and try to keep up with the digital world. It’s hard work, but we enjoy the chaos and the people we work with every single day.
