Innocal Solutions Private Limited

Innocal Solutions is located in Mira Road East, right in the Sai Charan Residency building. We’re in the B wing, flat 104, just off Ramdev Park Cross Road. If you know this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a mix of everything. It’s busy, it’s a bit crowded, but it’s got a lot of life. Our office is basically a residential flat that we’ve turned into a workspace. It’s not very big, but it fits us just right. We have our desks lined up, and the kitchen area serves as our break room. It’s a very informal setup. You won't find anyone wearing a tie here. We’re mostly focused on finding solutions for our clients, hence the name. The commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us, but that’s just life in the suburbs. We usually start a bit later in the morning to avoid the worst of the train rush. There’s a lot of back and forth between the team throughout the day. We don't really use a lot of fancy software for communication; we just shout across the room or walk over to someone’s desk. It works for us. We’re just a small team trying to stay busy and do honest work in Mira Road. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place where we just focus on the daily tasks.
