Our small team works out of unit number 10 on the ground floor of Koteshwar Appartment CHSL. We’re located on Jiwa Mahale Road in Andheri East. It’s a typical Andheri setup—busy, a bit crowded, and always something happening right outside the window. Since we’re on the ground floor, we hear everyone coming and going from the apartment building. Our office is basically one big room where we’ve set up our desks and computers. We call ourselves Innanovations, and we spend our hours working on various digital projects and ideas. It’s not a flashy tech hub with bean bags and free snacks; it’s more about old wooden desks and a lot of power strips on the floor. The rain in Andheri can be pretty intense during the monsoon, and we’ve had to put towels under the door once or twice when it gets real bad. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby or just bring something from home. There’s a lot of back-and-forth between us throughout the day, mostly just shouting across the room instead of sending formal emails. It’s a practical way to work. We like being in a residential building because it feels a bit more grounded and less like a sterile office park. We’ve got a small pantry area for making coffee, which is what keeps us going through the afternoon. Most of our days are just steady work, troubleshooting problems, and trying to stay ahead of the deadlines while the traffic crawls along Jiwa Mahale Road outside.
