We are located at number 56 in Junegaon Sonori, which is near Murtijapur in the Akola district. Our place is close to Goyanka Nagar and Pratibha Nagar. It’s a bit different from the big city offices you see in Mumbai or Pune. Being an OPC, or One Person Company, Ingcos (Opc) Private Limited is a small and focused operation. The surroundings here are more quiet and traditional. We work out of a building that is part of the local community. It’s not a corporate park with security gates and badges. It’s just a regular door in a regular street. Inside, the setup is very simple. It’s mostly just the essential gear needed to run the business. We don't have a team of hundreds, so it's a very personal way of working. The pace of life in Akola is a bit slower, which we actually prefer. It allows for more focus on the actual work without the constant distractions of a major city. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and move on. People around here know us as neighbors first. We do our work, keep our overheads low, and try to be useful in what we do. It’s a very basic lifestyle and business model. No frills, no fancy talk, just a local business trying to make things work from a small corner of Maharashtra.
