Our spot is at 145 1161 Moti Lal Nagar Phase 1. We are on Road No 4 in Goregaon West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a maze of houses and small lanes. It’s a very busy residential area and there is always something going on outside, from local festivals to just daily traffic. Infosys Technologies Ltd is located right in the middle of all that. The building is simple and looks like every other one on the block. We have a couple of rooms where we’ve set up our workstations. It can get a bit noisy with the local traffic and the school nearby, but we’ve gotten used to it over time. The pin code is 400104. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just order something from the local dhabas or bring our own food from home. The office is a bit crowded with wires and old folders, but we know where everything is. It’s not the kind of place that would win any design awards, but it’s where we get our work done. We spend most of our time at the desks and then head out into the Goregaon evening rush when we’re finished. It’s a very basic, honest workspace. There are no fancy signs or glass doors. Just a door with our number on it and a team of us inside doing our daily jobs.
