We are located at No. 9/7 in Bhangwadi, right in the heart of Ghatkopar West. If you’ve ever been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s packed with shops and people everywhere you look. Our building is a bit old, but it’s right where we need to be to get our work done. We deal mostly with chemical supplies for the pharma industry, so there’s always a lot of containers and heavy bags moving in and out of the small entrance. It can get pretty cramped in here when we have a new delivery, but we’ve learned how to stack things just right to make space. The neighbors know us well, and we’ve been part of this street for years. It’s not a shiny corporate office with glass walls; it’s more of a working warehouse and a small desk area where we do the billing. We don’t spend much on advertising because word of mouth in Ghatkopar usually does the trick. The staff here knows exactly where every single item is kept, even if it looks like a bit of a mess to an outsider. We take our time with the paperwork to make sure everything is legal and safe. Life in Bhangwadi is fast, but we try to keep a steady pace so we don’t make mistakes. It’s just us, doing our thing every day, making sure the orders go out.
