Living and working in Mumbai is always a bit of a rush, and Infinite Staffing Solutions is right in the middle of it at Leela Apartments. We are up on the second floor in room 203. It's a decent spot, though finding parking around here can be a nightmare for anyone visiting. We mostly spend our hours looking at resumes and talking to people who are looking for a change in their careers. It’s a lot of phone calls and emails, honestly. We try to keep things straightforward. If a job doesn't fit someone, we tell them. There’s no point in wasting time. The office is usually piled with folders and notebooks because we still like writing things down sometimes. It feels more real that way. Being in a residential building like this makes the workplace feel a bit more like home, which we prefer over those cold glass towers you see in other parts of the city. We’ve had people come in nervous about interviews, and we just sit them down and have a chat to calm them down. It’s just how we do things here. We aren't some giant agency with thousands of employees. It’s just us trying to help people find where they belong next. Sometimes it works out great, and sometimes it takes a bit more time. That's just the way the market goes these days and we just try to help.
