Infineon Synergies Private Limited is based in Pune City, specifically in the Bavdhan area. Our office is Flat No.1 in Rutuparn Apart, located in Bavdhan Kh Mulshi. Bavdhan is a bit different from the center of Pune because it’s surrounded by hills and feels a little more open, though it’s definitely getting more crowded lately. We are in a residential-style building on the ground floor. It makes it easy to just walk in and out without dealing with elevators. The office is basically a converted flat. We have desks in the main rooms and a small kitchen area where we keep the kettle. It’s a very quiet environment for the most part, which helps us focus on our work. We don’t have a big sign outside, just a small one near the door so people know they’ve found the right place. The 411021 area is quite convenient because it’s not too far from the highway, but it’s still tucked away enough to be peaceful. We usually have our lunch together or go for a short walk around the block to stretch our legs. There are a few trees around the building that give some shade during the hotter months. It’s a very modest and plain way to work, but it’s exactly what we need. We don't have any interest in the corporate lifestyle; we just like having a steady place to do our jobs every day.
