Our main office is located at 901, Maker Chambers V, right in the heart of Nariman Point. Even though we are up on the ninth floor of a big building, we still keep things pretty grounded. Industrial Refrigeration Pvt.Ltd. has been around for quite a long time. From our windows, you can see the city stretching out, but inside it’s just us working on cooling solutions and industrial projects. It’s a professional environment, but we don't like the stiff corporate attitude you sometimes find in this part of Mumbai. We’re more interested in the technical details and making sure our systems are running right. The elevators can be slow during the lunch rush, so we usually just stay at our desks and work through. It’s a busy place with phones ringing and people moving between cubicles. We don't have a mission statement tacked to the wall. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day. Being at Nariman Point means we are close to a lot of other businesses, which is convenient, but at the end of the day, we’re just a group of engineers and staff trying to do our jobs well. We’ve handled some big projects over the years, but we still treat every new job with the same practical approach. It’s a lot of hard work and not much glamour, despite the fancy address. We usually head out for a quick sandwich downstairs when things get too hectic.
