Indu Clinic

Indu Clinic is right on the ground floor of the Royal Terrace building. It’s on Wodehouse Road in Colaba. Being in Colaba, we are surrounded by a lot of old history and old buildings. Royal Terrace is one of those places that has a lot of character. We like being on the ground floor because it makes things simple for everyone. You don't have to wait for an elevator or climb up any steep stairs. The clinic itself is quite small and straightforward. We have a desk, some chairs for people to sit on while they wait, and the treatment rooms. It’s not a polished, modern space with art on the walls. It’s more of a practical clinic where we’ve been working for years. The windows look out towards the street, and you can see the life of Colaba moving by. There’s always a mix of people outside—some tourists looking at maps and locals going about their business. We don't do much in terms of promotion. Most people come in because they saw the sign while walking on Wodehouse Road or they live in the apartments nearby. The space is a bit aged, but we keep it clean. It’s a quiet spot once you’re inside, away from the Mumbai heat and noise. We just provide a local service to the neighborhood without any of the fancy corporate stuff you find elsewhere. It is just a normal clinic.
