Indosource Technology is based out of Ghatkopar West. You can find us at 129, on the first floor of the Silver Point building in Maneklal Estate. It’s right on Lbs Road, so it’s pretty easy to reach if you’re traveling through this part of the city. We’ve been in this office for a while, and it suits us fine. It’s not a flashy tech startup office with bean bags; it’s just desks, computers, and people trying to solve problems. We spend most of our time looking at screens or talking through projects. Sometimes the office gets a bit noisy when we’re all trying to figure out a technical issue at once. We don’t really go in for big corporate meetings. Instead, we just talk across the room. The estate here is always busy, and Lbs Road usually has a lot of traffic, which is just part of being in Mumbai. We work with different kinds of technology, trying to make things work for the people who hire us. It’s steady work and it keeps us occupied. We have a small team, and we all know each other’s habits by now. If you come by, you’ll see we’re just regular folks. We don’t have a receptionist or anything, you just walk in. We try to keep things simple and avoid using too much jargon because it just confuses people. We just like to get the work done and go home.
