We are located in Clark House in Mumbai. It's an old building with a lot of character, right in the heart of the city. We spend our time working on trade links between India and the Arab world. There's a lot of history there, and we just try to keep those connections going. It’s not just about big contracts; sometimes it’s just helping a small trader find the right person to talk to. The office can be a bit hectic. We get calls at weird hours because of the time differences. You'll often find us drinking coffee and looking over trade documents. We don't use a lot of fancy jargon. We just tell people how it is. Some days it’s quiet and we’re just catching up on emails, and other days it feels like everyone needs something at once. Mumbai is a loud city, and you can hear it through the windows here. We've been in this building for a while now, so we know all the neighbors. It’s a practical place. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It's just us, some computers, and a lot of phone calls. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about exports or regulations. It is a bit of a squeeze when we have many visitors, but we make it work. It's just a regular part of doing business here.
