Inditech Technology Solutions is based in Powai, inside the Silver Oak society. It’s B 602, so we’re up on the sixth floor. Being in Hiranandani Gardens is nice because the surroundings are actually quite pleasant, with the trees and the Lake Castle building nearby. However, inside our office, it’s just a normal workspace. We don’t have any of those bean bags or ping-pong tables you hear about in tech companies. We have desks, chairs that have seen better days, and a kitchen area that mostly just sees use for making tea or coffee. Mumbai is a fast-paced place, and Powai is no different, but once we’re inside the office, we try to keep things focused. It’s a small team of us running things here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at code. Since we’re in a residential-commercial society, it feels a bit more grounded and less like a sterile office park. You might hear someone’s TV in the distance or the sound of the elevators, but it’s homey. We don’t put on airs when clients come by. We just show them what we’re working on and talk like normal people. No big presentations with flashy slides, just honest conversation about what needs to be done. We’ve been here for a while and the routine works for us. It’s just a bunch of professionals doing their thing in a quiet corner of Mumbai, making sure everything runs correctly.
