Indiabull Housing Finance Ltd

Our office for Indiabull Housing Finance Ltd is in Building No 182, Room No 6573. We are located in Kannamwar Nagar 2 in Vikhroli East, Mumbai. It’s a very crowded residential colony, so there are always people moving about outside. The building itself is quite old and has that typical Mumbai look with lots of cables hanging on the outside. Since we are in a room in a larger building, it’s a bit tight inside. We have desks squeezed in and a couple of chairs for people who come to visit us. It can get very hot and humid, especially when the fans aren't enough. We have a lot of files regarding home loans and finance, so every shelf is completely full. Most of our day is spent on the phone or talking to people who live in the neighborhood. They come in to ask about their papers or how to get a loan for a new place. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a uniform. It is just us in the room, working through the piles of documents. The Vikhroli East area is very busy, and sometimes the noise from the trains or the traffic gets inside, but we’ve learned to work through it. We are just a local team trying to help people figure out their housing finances without making it too complicated. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays, but we manage.
