India Web Solutions is based out of Lower Parel, specifically at number 20 in the Prithvi Vandan Co Operative Society on N M Joshi Marg. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and our office is right in the thick of it. We don't have one of those big, shiny IT offices in a glass tower. Instead, we are in a regular cooperative society building where you see people going about their daily lives. Inside, we have our computers and servers set up where we spend most of our hours. We work on websites and digital stuff, which means we are usually staring at screens for a long time. The sound of the traffic on N M Joshi Marg is something we have just grown used to over time. We aren't a huge corporation; we are just a handful of people who understand how the internet works and how to fix things when they break. Our desks are usually covered in coffee mugs and tangled cables. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet gets slow, and we just have to deal with it like everyone else. We don't have fancy titles or a dress code. Most days we are just in jeans and t-shirts, trying to finish our tasks before the day ends. It is a straightforward job even if the technology behind it can be a bit confusing to some people. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing.
