India Placements

India Placements is located right in the 31st Bootwala Building. If you’ve ever been around this part of Mumbai, you know how crowded it gets and how much is always happening at once. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our space isn't very large, but we make it work with what we have. Most days involve talking to people who are moving to the city or locals who just want a change in their career. It’s a lot of sitting at desks and going through files. The building itself is old and has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit much if you aren't used to them. We handle a lot of different types of work, mostly just helping folks get their foot in the door at various companies around the city. It’s nothing too complicated, just matching what a company needs with what a person can do. We don’t go for any of that corporate talk you hear from big agencies. We’re just a small team trying to keep things moving. Sometimes it gets loud outside with the street noise, but we just shut the windows and keep at it. It’s hard work for everyone involved, especially with how competitive things are in Mumbai these days. We just try to be honest with people about what’s available and what isn’t. That’s really all there is to it at our office. We keep things practical and don't make promises we can't keep.
