Index Computer

Index Computer is tucked away in Building No 52, on the 2nd floor over at Proctor Road. We are in Shop No 2 of the Chotani Building, which is right in the Grant Road area. It’s one of those older buildings where you can really feel the history of the neighborhood. Getting up to the second floor involves a bit of a walk, but once you’re here, it’s a quiet enough spot to get work done. We handle all sorts of computer stuff in this small shop. Most of the time, the counters are covered with parts, cables, and tools because there is always something being taken apart or put back together. Grant Road is a hectic place to be, so coming into the shop feels a bit like stepping away from all that chaos for a minute. We’ve been in this building for a while now and we know the other shopkeepers around here pretty well. It’s a simple setup—just some shelves, our workbenches, and whatever machines we are currently working on. We don't have any fancy displays or anything like that. People find us by word of mouth or by looking for the sign on the building. We just sit here, do the repairs, and try to keep things moving as best as we can every day. Sometimes the building lift doesn't work, so we just carry the boxes up ourselves and keep going.
