Independent Consultant

I am based out of C2 504 in Sankara Colony. It is located right on P L Lokhande Marg in Govandi, Mumbai. Working as an independent consultant means I spend a lot of time in this flat. It’s a typical Mumbai apartment block, so there is always some noise from the neighbors or the street downstairs. The pin code is 400043 if you are looking it up. I have a small desk set up in the corner where I do all my reading and phone calls. It is not a big corporate office with a receptionist or anything like that. Just me and my files. The colony is okay, it has its good days and bad days with the water and electricity, but we manage. I’ve lived in this area for a bit so I know where to get the best snacks nearby when I take a break. Most of my work is done over the internet or on the phone, so I don’t have to head out into the Mumbai traffic every single day, which is a big relief. It is a quiet life for the most part, just steady work and keeping things organized. Sometimes the building gets a bit dusty because of the road work outside, but that’s just part of living in Govandi. I keep things simple and try to stay on top of my schedule without making too much of a fuss about it. It is just a normal way to earn a living.
