Our office is right by Shilp Chowk in Kharghar, up on the fourth floor of Krishna Residency. Ind Tech Solutions is a small operation, mostly just a handful of us dealing with technical requirements and project work. The view from 408/B isn't much to look at, just the usual Navi-Mumbai traffic and buildings, but it's home for us during the day. We have been in Sec-20 for some time now. We don't have a reception desk with someone waiting to greet you; usually, whoever is closest to the door just opens it. It’s a practical workspace with desks, chairs, and far too many power strips. We mostly handle things for other businesses, so we aren't always in the office. Sometimes the place feels empty, and other times it’s packed with everyone talking at once. We don't bother with fancy titles or corporate talk here. If something needs doing, we just decide who is free and they handle it. Kharghar is a busy place, and we are glad to be part of the noise. We just want to do our jobs well and get home in time for dinner. Nothing too special about it, just a local tech firm trying to stay busy and keep the lights on. We keep things pretty informal because that’s what works for us. No need to make it more complicated than it is. We just focus on the task at hand and move to the next.
