Ilotus Technologies

Ilotus Technologies is based out of Bungalow No 91 1 on Agra Road in Mulund West. It’s a bit different from your typical office because it’s an old bungalow. We like the space it gives us. There are different rooms for different tasks, and it feels much less cramped than a standard office building in the city. We have our tech setups spread out. Some of us are in the front room and others are tucked away in the back area. The garden area is a bit overgrown, but it’s a nice place to stand for a minute when your eyes get tired of looking at the computer screen. We deal with a lot of technical projects, so there are usually bits of hardware and cables lying around on the tables. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We usually make our own tea in the small kitchen area. Agra Road can get quite busy, but inside the bungalow, it’s mostly just the sound of us talking or typing. We don't really have a front desk or a formal entrance. People just come in and we get to work. It’s a relaxed way to run a tech business, and it fits the vibe of Mulund West pretty well. We just keep our heads down and get the projects finished as they come in. It works for us.
