Our office for Il Fs Property Management Serivce is tucked away in Sai Niwas Chawle on Kokan Nagar Road. Being right near Durgamata School in Bhandup West means there is always a lot of noise from the kids, but you get used to it after a week or two. It’s a real local vibe here, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city. We work out of this small space, mostly keeping track of buildings and making sure repairs are handled when they need to be. It’s a lot of running around Bhandup and talking to tenants. Sometimes the rain makes the road a bit of a mess, but we still make our rounds. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. It’s just us and the work we have in front of us. Most of the people around here know who we are. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different sites nearby. It can be a bit chaotic with all the people in the chawl, but it feels like home. We deal with the plumbing issues, the light fixes, and the rent stuff that comes with managing properties. It’s honest work and it keeps us on our toes every day. We don't have a big sign or anything, just our name on the door and a lot of keys hanging on the wall.
