You’ll find Iksula Services over in Malad West, right near the Malvani Fire Station on Marve Road. If you are from Mumbai, you know how the traffic can be around here, but it’s where we are and we like it. The office is at A-1/11 in Asmita Joty. It’s a practical space. We don't have marble floors or art on the walls. Mostly, it is just desks, computers, and a lot of people talking. Since we are near the fire station, we hear the sirens every now and then, which keeps things interesting. We do a lot of service work, which means we are usually busy responding to requests and fixing problems. It’s the kind of job where you never quite know what the day will bring. Some days are slow and we just chat, but most of the time it is a bit of a rush. The rain during monsoon season makes the commute a mess, but we all show up anyway. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s usually where the best conversations happen. We aren’t a giant corporation with thousands of rules. We just work together to get things finished. It’s a bit cramped sometimes, and the noise from the road never really stops, but it’s our space and it works for us. There's always something to do and we just get on with it.
