Iice Technologies

Iice Technologies is located at 703 Prerna Appt near IIT Powai in Mumbai. Being in Powai means we are right near the big lake and the hills, though we spend most of our time inside the apartment. Since we are on the 7th floor, we get a little bit of a breeze sometimes, which is nice in the heavy Mumbai humidity. Prerna Appt is a residential-style building, so it doesn't feel like a cold corporate office. It’s more like a home office where things are a bit more relaxed and informal. We are close to the IIT campus, so there are always lots of smart people and students walking around the neighborhood. Mumbai is a city where space is hard to come by, so we make the most of what we have at 703. It’s not a huge place, but it’s where all the work happens. We have our computers set up and we just go about our business day by day. Finding the building is pretty easy for most people who know the Powai area and the nearby landmarks. We don't have a big sign outside or a fancy lobby with a security guard. It’s just a doorbell and a regular door like any other flat. We like the feeling of being in a neighborhood rather than a business park. It makes the long work hours feel a little more comfortable for the team. We just keep doing what we do here and try to stay productive through the week.
