Iglobal Infotech Solutions Pvt Ltd Mumbai operates out of Flat 103 in Mendons House. We’re located on St Braz Road in the Gaothan area of Vile Parle West. It’s a very specific part of Mumbai. If you know Vile Parle, you know it’s a mix of old houses and new buildings. Our office is in one of those spots that feels more like a home than a corporate headquarters. We have our setup in a flat, which makes the whole vibe quite relaxed compared to the big offices downtown. We aren't trying to be a high-pressure environment. We just come in, do the work that’s required of us, and go home to our families. Being in Mumbai means we deal with the heavy rain and the humidity, but the office is a good escape from that. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for a long time, so we know how everyone likes their tea or coffee. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers, folders, and wires, but we generally know where everything is. We don't have a big mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of things to get through before the end of the shift. It’s a very practical way of working. Sometimes we have to stay late if a project is dragging on, but that’s just how it goes in this city. Vile Parle is a great neighborhood with plenty of places to grab a quick snack when we need a break from the screens.
