Idhasoft Pvt Ltd is situated out on Akurli Matheran Road in New Panvel. It’s a bit further out than some of our other spots, but it’s a nice area of Navi Mumbai. The air feels a little bit fresher here, maybe because we are closer to the hills on the way to Matheran. The office is a practical space. We don't have fancy furniture or a big lobby with a TV. It’s just some sturdy desks, a few chairs, and our computers. We spend our days dealing with the usual work stuff—emails, phone calls, and fixing things that break. The commute out to New Panvel can be long for some of us, but we don't mind it much. There is a certain pace to life on Akurli Matheran Road that is a bit slower than the middle of Mumbai, which is fine by us. We’ve got a small kitchen area where we make tea, and that’s where most of our big decisions get made, honestly. The building is simple and doesn't stand out, which is just the way we like it. We aren't here to impress anyone with a big office; we are here to work. Most days are pretty quiet, and we just keep our heads down and focus on what needs to be finished before the weekend.
