Our small office is located in the Mahada Colony, part of the PMGP area in Andheri East. If you know Mumbai, you know how packed and energetic Andheri can be. We’re right in the middle of that. We do tech work here at Icicle Technologies, but don’t expect a fancy glass office with bean bags and free snacks. We’re a practical bunch. Our space is filled with monitors, tangled cables, and the sound of people typing away. We spend our time building software and fixing bugs. It’s not always glamorous. Sometimes we’re stuck on a problem for hours, drinking too much coffee and staring at the screen. We started here because we wanted a place that was accessible and grounded. Most of us live nearby, so we don't have to deal with the worst of the local commute. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just focus on writing good code and making sure our clients are happy with the results. The office can get a bit messy with all the hardware lying around, but we know where everything is. We like it here in the colony. It feels like a real neighborhood. We aren't trying to be the next giant corporation; we just want to do good work and keep the business running smoothly without making things too complicated for anyone involved.
