Icici Winfrakolkata

Our Icici Winfrakolkata office is actually in Mumbai, which is a bit funny given the name. We are over in Andheri East, specifically in Flat C 603 of the Akruti Aneri building. It is located right behind the Marol Maroshi bus depot. If you know Mumbai, you know how busy that area gets. The sounds of the buses and the traffic are basically the background music for our entire day. Being on the sixth floor helps a little bit with the noise, but you can still feel the energy of the city. The office is inside a cooperative housing society, so it has a very residential vibe. We have to follow the building rules like everyone else. Inside, it’s just us working through our tasks. We don't have fancy decorations or a big lobby. It’s a functional space where we handle the project details and the boring administrative stuff. We often get our lunch from the local stalls near the depot because the food there is actually pretty good. Working in a flat means we have a kitchen and a bit more of a comfortable setup than a standard cubicle office. It is a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. It’s just a regular Mumbai work life, trying to beat the commute and getting things done before the day ends.
