Icici Securities

We are located at 403 Jayanand Factory Land. It is over in Borivali West, Mumbai. The address sounds a bit industrial because of the name of the land, but it is just where our office sits. We deal with Icici Securities stuff here every single day. It is on the fourth floor of the building. The place has a lot of different businesses in it, so there is always someone walking in the hallway. Our space is pretty functional and simple. We have the usual desks, some old files, and computers that we use all day. Borivali West is a crowded area, so finding a parking spot near Jayanand can be a bit of a headache for visitors. We usually tell people to come by train and then just take a rickshaw to the gate. The office is not polished or designed by an architect. It is just a place where the work gets done. We have a small pantry area for making tea in the afternoons. Most of our clients are locals from the 400092 area. We do not put on any acts here. We are just regular people working in a regular office. Sometimes the heavy rain in Mumbai makes it hard to get to work on time, but we manage. We have been at this location for a bit now, and it has become our second home. It is a busy spot but it suits what we do. No bells or whistles. (251 words)
