Icici Prudential

The office for Icici Prudential is at C 1101 Palm Spring on the Link Road. Malad W is a huge area, but we are in the Mumbai 64 section specifically. Palm Spring is a pretty well-known building, so it’s not too hard to find us if you're looking. We’re on the 11th floor. Link Road is almost always jammed with cars, especially during the monsoon when the rain just doesn't stop for days. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us trying to stay on top of the paperwork and phone calls. We have a few windows that look out, but we usually keep the blinds down to stop the afternoon sun from hitting the computer screens. It’s a functional space, nothing fancy or over-designed. We have a small pantry where we keep our lunch boxes and make some tea when we need a break. The building staff are friendly and we’ve gotten to know them over the months. Working here in Malad West feels like being in the thick of everything. It’s loud and messy outside, but inside C 1101, we try to keep things a bit more orderly. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. People just come in and we talk to them at our desks. It’s a very hands-on way of working. It’s just a regular day at the office for us here on the Link Road, trying to get through the pile of things to do.
