Icici Lombard

So we are located in Building No 193 at Room Number 17. It is inside the Western Railway Colony in Jawahar Nagar, Khar East. If you know Mumbai 51, you know it can be a bit crowded and busy. Being near the railway colony means we hear the trains a lot, but it becomes like background noise after a few days. The office is small but we manage to fit everything in. We handle the Icici Lombard work from this little spot. It’s mostly just us answering phones and checking documents all day long. Some days are slower than others, but usually, there's a lot of paper moving around. We don't have a big sign or a lobby, it's just a practical space to get things done. Most of the people who come by are locals or people working for the railway. We keep a fan going because it gets pretty stuffy in the afternoons. It's not a corporate skyscraper or anything, just a room where we work. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions about their insurance policies. Sometimes the power goes out for a bit, but we just wait it out and get back to work. It’s a very local feel here in Khar. We’ve been at this address for a while and we know the neighborhood shops quite well by now. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people who are trying to keep things organized for the neighborhood.
