Icici Home Finance

We operate out of Room Number 5 in the Vasant Vihar CHS building. It’s right there at Shivaji Chowk in Badlapur East. If you know the area, you know it stays quite busy around the chowk. We go by Icici Home Finance. It’s not a huge place, just a simple room where we set up our desks and computers. Most of the time, we are just looking at loan applications and trying to figure out the math for people’s houses. It’s straightforward work, really. We don’t have any fancy lobby or anything like that. Just some chairs for people to sit while we go over the papers. Being in Badlapur, we see a lot of local faces. Sometimes the noise from the street comes in, but we’re used to it by now. We spend our mornings getting the files ready and the afternoons meeting whoever stops by. It’s just a regular office life. We’ve got the files stacked up, and we try to keep things organized, though it gets messy when there’s a lot of work. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just provide home finance help from this little spot in Shivaji Chowk. It’s a convenient location for most people living nearby. We’ve been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture. Just come in, sit down, and we talk about what’s needed for the home finance stuff.
