We handle a lot of different people here, from folks living in the nearby apartments to people working at the hospital. It’s a standard branch setup. We have the usual counters for cash and help desks for everything else. Sometimes the wait times are a bit long if a few people have complicated issues, but we try to keep the line moving. It isn't a huge space, so it can feel a bit cramped when it's raining outside and everyone crowds in. We just go about our work, processing entries and making sure the numbers match up at the end of the day. It’s a busy life in Mumbai, and this branch is just one small part of it.
