Icici Bank

This ICICI Bank office is found up in Natasha Tower, right in the middle of Sector 17 in Koparkhairane. If you spend time in Navi Mumbai, you know this part of town gets very lively during the daylight hours. We are situated on the tenth floor, which is a bit different than the usual street-level shops people expect, but we have been here a long time. It is mostly a standard office setting inside. We take care of the normal banking tasks that come our way from local residents and the nearby small businesses. The view from up here is actually not bad if you have a spare minute to look out the window, but mostly we are just focused on our computer screens and the stacks of folders. People come in with all kinds of questions about their savings or documents, and we try to help them out without making things feel too complicated. It is a busy location and sometimes the elevators take a little while to arrive, but it is home for us during the work week. We are not trying to be anything other than a reliable place for people to get their money matters sorted. The team here is a mix of people who have lived in Navi Mumbai for years. We do not use much corporate talk because it just does not fit how we work. We just keep the day moving.
