Icici Bank

This branch is tucked away in Borivali West, specifically over at B 403 in the Palm Spring building. We are part of the Mayuresh society right in the TPS III area. If you know where the Kora Kendra Ground is, we are basically right beside it. Being just off SV Road makes it easy to find, though that road gets pretty jammed during rush hour. We’ve been operating from this spot for a bit now, serving the people who live in the nearby apartment blocks. It is a standard office setup, nothing flashy or over-the-top. We have our desks and the usual machines you'd expect to see in any bank. Most of our day is spent helping folks with their passbooks, cash stuff, or just answering basic questions about their accounts. The heat can get a bit much in the afternoons, but the AC usually holds up okay. We see a lot of familiar faces from the neighborhood. It feels like a tight-knit community here because of all the housing societies. Sometimes it gets noisy when there is an event at the ground next door, but we just get on with our work. We aren't trying to be anything special, just a place where you can get your banking done without too much fuss. We open up on time and try to clear the queues as fast as we can. It’s just us doing our jobs here in Mumbai. We don't have big posters or fancy lights, just the stuff we need.
