Icici Bank

This Icici Bank branch is right at C 212 in the Raj Mahal Apartments. We are located just opposite the Western Express Highway in Jogeshwari East, Mumbai 400 060. Because we are so close to the highway, there is a constant sound of cars and trucks passing by, which is just part of life here. The apartment building is quite well-known in the neighborhood, making it easy for people to find us. We are in a residential building, so the vibe is a bit more local and less corporate than a downtown office. We serve a lot of the families who live in Raj Mahal and the nearby buildings. The space inside C 212 is functional. It’s laid out with the usual counters and a few chairs for waiting. We don't have a big lobby or fancy art on the walls. It’s just a place where banking happens every day. People stop in on their way to work or while they are out doing errands. Sometimes the rain in Mumbai makes things a bit messy, but we keep the place as tidy as we can. Working in Jogeshwari East means we see a real mix of people every day. We just keep things moving and handle the accounts and deposits as they come in. It’s a straightforward operation for the local community. We are just here doing our daily shift as best we can.
