Icici Bank

We are located at House No 3211 on Gali No 72 in the Molor Band Extension, right near the Badar Pur Border in New Delhi. It is a crowded area, as anyone who lives near the border knows. There is always a lot of noise from the street, with rickshaws and people constantly moving past the door. This Icici Bank branch is right in the middle of all that chaos. We have a small space here, and it gets pretty packed during the first week of the month. It’s not a polished corporate office; it’s a working place with files piled up and people waiting in line. We deal with all sorts of folks, from shopkeepers to laborers working nearby. It can get a bit dusty with the windows open, and the Delhi heat doesn't help much. We just focus on getting the transactions done and helping people with their savings. There isn't any grand philosophy behind what we do. We just come in, switch on the computers, and try to get through the queue before lunch. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, which is just part of living in this part of the city. We’ve gotten used to the noise and the rush. It’s a tough, busy spot, but it’s where we are. We just keep things moving as best as we can every single day. We don't have much time for small talk, but we do our work.
