You can find us at 2/10 Kadamwadi, which is along the Vakola Village Road in Santacruz East. This part of Mumbai is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. This Icici Bank office is tucked away in a spot that feels more like a neighborhood than a business district. It’s a modest building, and our space is quite plain. We have the usual desks, some old chairs, and a few computers that have seen better days. We don't spend money on fancy things because we’re here to work, not to show off. The staff here is a small group, and we’ve known each other for a long time, so we don't need to be formal with one another. We handle a variety of tasks every day, mostly stuff that keeps the bank running behind the scenes. It gets loud outside with the rickshaws and the people walking by, but we just shut the door and focus on our screens. There’s a small place nearby where we get our vada pav for lunch, and that’s usually the highlight of the day. We don't have any big slogans or goals posted on the walls. We just come in, do what needs to be done, and then head home to our families. It’s a simple, practical way to work in a busy city like Mumbai, and we don't feel the need to make it more than it is. We just keep our heads down and finish the day.
