Icici Bank

We are based out of Room No 4 in the Rb Yadav Chawl over in Dahisar East. It’s located on Shiv Vallabh Cross Road in the Rawalpada area. This isn't one of those massive glass bank buildings you see in the city center. It’s a much more modest setup, being in a chawl, but it works for what we need to do here. Icici Bank has all kinds of offices, and this one serves this specific neighborhood. It's a lively part of Mumbai, always something going on outside on the street. Since the space is small, we have to stay pretty organized or things get cluttered fast. We know most of the people living nearby, and it feels more like a local community spot than a corporate office. Getting here is easy enough if you know the Rawalpada landmarks. We usually just have a few people working at a time. It’s often hot during the summer, but we keep the fans going and just get on with our tasks. There isn't much room for a waiting area or anything like that, so we just handle things as people come to the door. We’ve been part of this block for a while, and the routine hasn't changed much over the years. It’s just us doing our jobs in a small room in Dahisar, keeping things simple and direct. We don't have fancy furniture, just the basics to get through the workday without any major issues. It is a humble place but it serves the purpose.
