People mostly know us as the spot in Worli Naka, right at the Municipal Staff Quarters on Dr E Mozes Road. We are up on the 4th floor in the B1 wing. It is a busy part of Mumbai, especially during the morning rush when everyone is heading to work. The building is older but it holds up. You have to take the lift or the stairs depending on how much time you have. Most of our days are spent dealing with paperwork and talking to folks who walk in from the neighborhood. It is not a fancy glass building, just a regular space where we do our jobs. Sometimes the rain gets heavy around here and the roads get a bit messy, but that is just how Worli and Wolri are. We have been in this spot for a while now. Most people find us by looking for the staff quarters. The fourth floor is usually quiet enough to get things done, though you can still hear the traffic from the road below. It is a practical setup for what we do. We do not have big signs or anything flashy. Just a door with Icici Bank Pvt Ltd on it. Most of the staff has been around for years so we know the local tea shops and the businesses nearby. It is just a normal office in a crowded part of the city, keeping things moving every day without much fuss. We stay until about six.
