Icici Bank Ltd

This branch is located on the first floor of the Empire Complex at 414 S B Marg in Lower Parel, Mumbai. Lower Parel is always moving fast, and we are right there in the mix. The office is inside a large complex, so it feels a bit more structured than a street-side shop, but inside it is still just us doing the banking work. We have rows of desks and plenty of computers to handle the daily tasks for Icici Bank. It is a lot of data entry and checking documents. The view outside is mostly other buildings and the busy S B Marg traffic. We don't have fancy lounge areas or anything like that. It is just a functional workspace where we come every morning. The elevator in the complex can be slow, so we often take the stairs. We see a lot of office workers from the surrounding area who come in during their lunch breaks. It is a steady stream of people all day long. We just focus on keeping the lines moving and making sure the records are accurate. It is not glamorous work, but it is important for the people who work and live around here. We just try to stay focused amidst all the Mumbai hustle. It is a practical, busy office that fits right into the neighborhood. Most days we are just looking forward to finishing the pile on the desk and going home.
