You can find us in Bhandup West, specifically at Ramesh Bapu Pandit's place, Room Number 9 in Shirsekar Chawl. We are located near the Ganesh Temple in Utkarsh Nagar on Tembipada Road. It is a very local setup, right in the heart of the community. Working in a chawl means we are close to everything and everyone. It is definitely not a corporate office building. The space is small and we have to be very organized to fit all the banking equipment and files. We handle the basic stuff people need for their Icici Bank accounts. People walk in from the neighborhood, often just stopping by on their way to the temple or the market. It can get a bit loud with the street life right outside, but we are used to it by now. We spend our days processing transactions and talking to neighbors about their banking needs. There is no polish here, just honest work in a busy part of Mumbai. We drink our tea from the local stall and keep the computers running. The humidity can be tough, but we just keep going. It feels good to be part of the daily life in Utkarsh Nagar. We aren't here to give speeches, just to make sure people's money is handled correctly in a place that is easy for them to reach. It is just us, doing what needs to be done, day after day, without making a big deal of it.
