This branch is located on the second floor of the East Wing in the ICICI Bank Tower. It’s in the Tmog No Rth Tower section, right in the heart of Mumbai 51. Because we are in the main tower, things can feel a bit bigger here than at a small neighborhood branch, but we still just focus on the day-to-day work. We spend our time at our stations in the East wing, processing documents and helping people with their banking needs. It’s a lot of screen time and phone calls, making sure everything is aligned with the records. Even though the building is large, the work we do is the same as anywhere else. We help folks with their accounts, handle transfers, and look over paperwork. We don't use any corporate jargon when we talk to people. We just try to be clear and helpful. The second floor gets a fair amount of foot traffic from people working in the building or visiting the area. It’s a busy environment, but we’ve got a routine that works. We don't have a list of fancy promises. We just provide a place where you can get your banking handled without a lot of drama. We open up, do the entries, talk to the customers, and close the day. It’s a practical way to run things, and it keeps everything moving forward as it should. There is always something to do, but we just handle it one task at a time.
