Our location is at 4B 73 in the Kalpataru Estate. It’s just off the Jogeshwari Vikhroli Link Road, which most people know as the JVLR. Being near Poonam Nagar means we get a lot of people who live in the surrounding complexes. The traffic on the link road is always a bit much, but once you get into the estate, it’s a little calmer. We’ve set up shop here to handle the banking for the local residents and the few businesses nearby. It’s a modern enough building, but our office is just a standard workspace. We spend our time at our computers, dealing with the usual flow of deposits and paperwork. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what keeps the branch going. We don't go in for any of that corporate talk. We just tell you what documents you need and try to get the line moving. It gets busy in the mornings and right before we close up for the day. Most of us just want to do a good job and get home through the Andheri traffic. It’s a practical branch for a busy part of Mumbai. We’re just here to do the banking and stay on top of the daily tasks. It’s a lot of staring at spreadsheets and counting out notes, but that's the job we do.
