Being in Borivli East is always a bit of a rush. We are located in the Sai Smruti CHS building, right on Sant Dyaneshwar Marg. It’s a very busy spot because the Nency Colony bus depot is right nearby. You can always hear the buses pulling in and out, and there’s a constant flow of commuters passing by our windows. The office at C 47 is just a typical Mumbai workspace. Space is a bit tight, but we make it work. Most of us take the train or the bus to get here, so we know the struggle of the morning commute. Once we are inside, it’s all about the tasks at hand. We see a lot of people from the society and the surrounding colonies. It’s a real mix of folks. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall; we just have our daily checklists. We deal with the heat and the humidity, especially during the monsoon months when everything feels damp. Working at Icici Bank Ltd in Borivli means being part of the noise and energy of the city. We do the paperwork, count the cash, and help people get their banking sorted. It’s a simple, honest routine. We’re just regular employees trying to stay organized in a very busy part of Mumbai. There’s nothing fancy about it, just the daily grind.
