Our office is located at No 8 in Adi House, over on 15th Road in Chembur. It’s a decent area, and 15th Road is usually easy enough to navigate. The building is a typical Mumbai structure, nothing too fancy but it does the job. We’re on the ground floor, which is convenient for people who don't want to deal with stairs. Inside, it's mostly just our desks, some computers, and a lot of paper. We try to keep things organized, but on busy days, it can look a bit cluttered. We get a lot of people coming in from the surrounding residential streets. Most of us have been working in Chembur for a long time, so we’re familiar with how things work around here. The air conditioner hums a bit too loudly, and sometimes we have to open the door to let some fresh air in. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to make the place look like a showroom. It’s just a functional workspace where we handle the bank’s business. If you come by in the morning, it’s usually quieter, but by lunchtime, the place is buzzing. We don't offer fancy perks, just the usual banking stuff. It’s a honest day’s work for us. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by to chat while they wait for their passbooks to be updated.
