Icici Bank Ltd

We are located in Room No 2 of Arvind Colony, Sayadri Nagar, over in Ulhasnagar. It is a small setup, more of a local office than a big bank branch. Icici Bank Ltd here in Arvind Colony is part of the 421 005 district in Thane. The space is a bit tight, but we make it work. Most of the people who come here live in the colony or just around the corner. We know their faces and their stories. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals we shout about. We just open the door in the morning and start helping whoever walks in. It could be someone wanting to update their address or someone looking for a small loan. We take the documents, check the signatures, and do the computer work. It is a very human process. Sometimes we have to explain things a couple of times, but that is fine. We are not in a rush to be the biggest or the best. We just want to be here for the neighborhood. The desks are a bit messy, and there’s always a stack of folders waiting to be filed. That is just life in a busy office. It is honest, simple, and very local. We are just the people you see every day when you walk past Arvind Colony. We keep the fans running to beat the heat and just get on with our jobs.
