Icici Bank Ltd

This office is inside the Riddhi Garden area in Malad East. We are the Icici Bank Ltd staff over here at the Navjyothirling Building, specifically 604 B Wing. It’s a bit of a walk inside the complex, so you have to know where you’re going. Most of the people we see are residents from the nearby buildings. They come in to check on their accounts or sort out some paperwork. It is a quiet enough place compared to the main road. The air conditioning usually works well, which is a relief in Mumbai. We don’t have any big speeches to give. We just handle the money, fix the errors on the forms, and make sure everything is filed correctly. Sometimes people come in frustrated because they forgot their PIN or lost a card. We do what we can to help them out without making it a big deal. The desks are a bit cluttered with papers and pens. That is how a real office looks when people are actually working. We are not some polished showroom. We are just a bank branch in a residential area. You’ll find us here from morning until the shutters go down in the evening. There are plenty of plants around the building, which is nice. We spend our days staring at screens and talking to the locals. It is a simple life, honestly. No drama, just banking. We like the routine of it all.
