Ici

Ici is based out of an apartment, H-705, in the Gokul Residency building. This is located in Thakur Village, which is a fairly well-known residential pocket of Kandivali East in Mumbai. Since we are on the seventh floor, we get a decent view of the other buildings in the village, but the office itself is just a regular living space that we’ve converted for work. There are a couple of desks set up in the main room and a lot of extension cords running across the floor to power our computers. It’s a small operation, so it’s usually just two or three of us working here at any given time. Thakur Village has a nice vibe, with lots of shops and places to grab a quick snack nearby. We don’t have a big sign or a lobby; you just have to buzz the intercom to get up. It makes the work feel very personal, almost like a home project that grew into a real business. We spend most of our time staring at screens or taking calls, and the atmosphere is pretty relaxed. We don't wear formal clothes or follow strict corporate rules. We just try to stay on top of our daily tasks and make sure our clients are getting what they need. It’s a quiet way to work in a city that is usually very loud. Being in Kandivali East suits us just fine, and the Gokul Residency is a good, solid place to call home for the business.
